How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through this website www.adpan.es. To proceed to order your favourite products, you must search for them, add them to the shopping cart. Once you have everything in the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill in all the details on the shipping form. Next, enter your payment card details. If you have any problems, contact us and we will help you step by step.
I have a discount coupon, how can I use it?
On the shopping cart page, a box will appear on the left side of your screen to add the coupon and apply the discount.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time for dry orders is usually 72/96 hours (working days). We will send you an email when the goods leave our factory. Shipping mainland Spain + Balearic Islands.

Are there shipping costs?
Yes, the shipping costs are regulated by weight and distance and are calculated automatically with your post code, you can see this information when you complete the order.
What is the minimum order for free shipping?
The shipping costs will be free from 50€ of purchase, both for dry shipments and 35€ for cold shipments. In case the order includes products from both sections, both minimum orders must be reached for free shipping. *Balearic and Canary Islands excluded.
