Start by pouring the liquids into the bowl if you are using a bread machine
In the case of the bread machine, set for a 1 kg loaf and be sure to add the seeds after the second kneading.
Otherwise, after finishing the first kneading, leave to rest for 1 hour and knead again.
In the bread machine it is time to take out the dough, remove the kneading paddles and use a little rice flour to flour the bread and put it back in the bread machine. And in the hand mixer it is time to knead the dough for the second time, cover it with a cloth and leave it to ferment for 2 hours.
For those of you who do it by hand, it is time to put the bread in the oven, preheat it to 180 degrees and put it in the oven for between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Keep an eye on the colour and of course don't open the oven until you are ready to take it out.
