We will make our mixture in a jug so that it will be easier to add it to the frying pan
First, mix the chickpea flour with water, once it is well mixed and there are no lumps, add the rest of the ingredients (oil, salt and black pepper to taste) and mix everything well until there are no lumps.
Let the mixture stand covered with a cloth for 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat the frying pan (it must be non-stick), and when it is very hot, pour in some of the batter and spread it well over the entire surface of the pan
We have to cook it on both sides, we follow this procedure until we finish all the dough turned into pancakes. We can make it as thick as we like, or depending on how we are going to eat them.
