Our Customer Service Department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return it (according to art. 102 and 104, of R.D.L. 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).
You must send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees and labels.
The return or exchange shipment to our warehouse is at the customer’s expense.
It is very important that you return the product(s) to us perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, Adpan Europa S.L. will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the method of payment made, and if necessary, the shipment of the new product:
a. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
b. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number where you can pay the amount.
Note: You will receive a refund within a maximum of 20 days from receipt of the returned product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show the refund amount in your credit balance until the following month.
